Instructions for Authors

At this time the Papers to be presented at the Conference have been finalized and all authors have been contacted. The schedule for abstracts and final papers can be found on the "Call for Papers" webpage.

Your Paper Abstract should now already be submitted online via our partner's website at McMaster University.

To submit your accepted paper for the final review, please follow these steps:

  1. Follow this link using the account you submitted your abstract
  2. Select the abstract you wish to attach your paper to
  3. Select REVIEW > PAPER REVIEW
  4. Select BROWSE... under UPLOAD AUTHOR VERSION
  5. Select the file to upload and UPLOAD

Formatting instructions for your final paper can be found here.

You will be required to complete a Copyright Transfer Form so that your paper may be published onto the Conference Proceedings CD. For questions, please contact Eric Williams
